The plain-language version first
We never collect, store or process personal information about children, families or individual educators. Not in this website, not in our portal, not in the systems that create your materials. This is a design decision, not a policy promise — our systems have no fields for it.
What we do collect
When you enquire or book a demo, we collect what you give us: your name, role, centre name, work email, phone number, how many rooms your centre runs, and anything you choose to tell us about your workload. We use it to run the demo, respond to you, and — if you become a client — set up your centre’s service.
What we hold for client centres
For centres we work with, we hold centre-level information only: centre name and address, room names and age groups, your framework, brand colours and logo, tone preferences, key dates and your philosophy statement. If a document you upload to a request happens to contain more than that, it stays in your centre’s own storage area and is never ingested into the systems that generate resources.
Where it lives
This website and portal run on Vercel; data is stored with Supabase, with access restricted per centre. Transactional email (enquiry confirmations, delivery notices) is sent through Resend. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics — which is why this site has no cookie banner.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you or your centre, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Enquiry details from centres that don’t become clients are deleted rather than kept for marketing.
