Is this another platform my team has to learn?

No. Your team's involvement is one ten-minute brief a month and a portal where finished work arrives for review. There's no content calendar to feed, no app for educators to install, and nothing that needs training.

Do you need access to our CCMS or family app?

No. We never connect to Xplor, OWNA, Storypark or any system holding children's or families' information. We work from centre-level information only — your rooms, themes, events and brand. What we deliver, your team publishes through whatever you already use.

Question 3

What about children's names and photos?

We never hold personal information about children, families or individual educators — our systems are built without anywhere to put it. Resources and posts are created without identifiable faces or names; your team adds photos on your side if you choose to, under your own consent processes.

Are the resources actually aligned to EYLF v2?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every educational resource is written against EYLF v2 outcomes, with NQS quality areas in mind, and we keep our reference library current with ACECQA guidance. You'll recognise the vocabulary because it's your vocabulary.

Who owns the materials you create?

Your centre does. Everything delivered to your portal — documents, displays, post copy, templates — is yours to use, print, adapt and keep, including after you leave.

What if we need something urgent mid-month?

Every plan includes extra requests alongside the monthly cycle — an event invitation, a sudden notice, a new display. You lodge it in the portal with the date you need it, and higher tiers get priority turnaround.

How do revisions work?

Each deliverable in your portal can be approved or sent back with a change request. Revision rounds are included in your plan — asking for a change is how the system is meant to work, not an extra.

Is there a lock-in contract?

Plans run on a 3-month minimum term. It's written into a plain-English agreement before anything starts — along with the plan and what's included — so you see it up front, not discover it later.

How does payment work?

There's nothing to buy on this website. After your demo, if it fits, you sign the agreement and we invoice monthly — a normal supplier arrangement your admin can process, not a subscription checkout.

Where are you based?
