Our story
Started on the floor, not in an office
The Educator Office was started by Bella, an early childhood educator working in NSW long day care. Like every educator, she watched the same pattern play out at every centre: the people hired to be with children spending their evenings formatting newsletters, laminating displays and rewriting notices — because there was nobody else to do it.
“That experience is exactly why I created The Educator Office.”
Not another platform, and not an agency that needs everything explained twice. A remote back office run by people who already speak the language — EYLF outcomes, learning stories, program displays, QIP evidence — so a director can hand work over in one sentence and get it back finished.
“My hope is that The Educator Office feels like an extra set of hands your centre has always had.”
Bella — founder. Early childhood educator first, back office second.
How we work
Small, remote, and deliberately boring about privacy
ECE-first
Everything we make is written against EYLF v2 outcomes with NQS quality areas in mind. You never have to explain what a learning story is.
Centre-level only
We never hold personal information about children, families or individual educators — by design, not by policy footnote. Our systems have nowhere to put it.
One person answers
You deal with the same people every month, in your portal — not a ticket queue. Requests have a visible status, so nothing lives in anyone’s head.
