Educators deserve more time to be educators
The Educator Office started with a simple thought: educators deserve more time to be educators.
After years working in early childhood education myself, I know exactly what happens behind the scenes of a beautiful day at a centre. Families see the play, the learning, the little moments. What they don’t see is the balancing act — resources, newsletters, displays, family communication, programming, social content, and the never-ending list that somehow gets squeezed into lunch breaks, after hours, or the kitchen table at home.
I created the support I wish I’d had. So many afternoons I sat behind a screen finishing something that needed to go out, wishing I was on the floor listening to a child’s story instead, or having a real conversation with a family, or just being fully present in the room.
I didn’t want to build another system for educators to manage, or another platform adding to the pile. I wanted to be an extra set of hands. That’s where The Educator Office began.

At The Educator Office, our purpose is simple: give educators more time to be present with the children who need them. We take care of the little things in the background — resources, communication, content, everyday support — so busy days feel a little lighter.
We’re not here to replace the heart, creativity or expertise of educators. We’re here to support the people who give so much of themselves every day, because when educators have more time, little moments have more room to grow.
Meet the founder
Hi, I’m Bella — an early childhood educator, room leader, and the heart behind The Educator Office.
My journey started in Before and After School Care, where I first discovered how much I loved being part of children’s everyday learning and growth. From there I moved into early childhood education, building my experience before stepping into a Room Leader role and taking on more responsibility in the day-to-day running of a centre.
Over the years I’ve seen every side of this industry — creating programs and resources, supporting educators, communicating with families, keeping on top of documentation, and everything else that happens after the children go home. Most importantly, I’ve learned just how valuable it is to simply have the time to be present with children.
I also know the reality: lunch breaks spent finishing resources, the “I’ll just quickly get this done” that turns into staying back, the to-do list that follows you home. That’s exactly why I created The Educator Office — the kind of support I would have loved throughout my own career. Someone who understands early learning, understands the workload, and can simply say, “Send it our way. We’ve got it.”
My hope is that The Educator Office feels like an extension of your team — a little extra support behind the scenes, giving you more time for the little people right in front of you.
