From first call to first delivered month

No platform to learn, no content calendar to feed. Four steps to hand the back office over, then one ten-minute brief a month keeps it running.

  1. A 20-minute demo

You bring a normal month — the newsletter, the displays, the posts that didn't happen. We walk through exactly what we'd take on for your centre and rooms, and you see a real portal, not slides.

  2. Agreement

If it fits, we send a plain-English agreement for e-signature. No lock-in surprises: the 3-month minimum term, the plan and what's included are written down before anything starts.

  3. Onboarding form

One guided form: your rooms and age groups, your framework, your colours and logo, your tone, key dates. That becomes your centre profile — we ask once, then remember.

  4. Your first month arrives

You send the month's brief, and the finished materials land in your portal for review. From then on it's a rhythm: brief, build, review, done.

What to expect, so you can plan around it

The monthly cycle

Your brief is due once a month; the full month’s materials are delivered to your portal ahead of the month they cover, with time built in for your review.

Extra requests

Each plan includes a number of extra requests beside the monthly cycle — an event invitation, an unexpected notice, a new room display. Higher tiers are turned around with priority.

Revisions

Every deliverable can be approved or sent back with a change request in the portal. Revision rounds are included in your plan — asking for a change is the system working, not a complaint.

One place instead of a thousand emails

Anything outside the monthly cycle goes in as a request from your portal: pick the type, the room, the date you need it, and add any notes or attachments. Then watch it move:

  1. 1. Received

Your request is logged the moment it's sent — no chasing.

  2. 2. In progress

We're building it. You can see this from the portal, not by emailing to ask.

  3. 3. Ready for review

The draft is in your library. Approve it or request a change.

  4. 4. Done

Approved, delivered and filed with everything else from the month.

The point isn’t the materials alone — it’s not having to hold the list in your head. The portal holds it instead. See what’s included at each size on the plans page.

Bring your messiest month

A 20-minute call, no slides. Bring your messiest month and we'll show you what it looks like handled.
